unemployed messy roommate

I just need to rant a bit about my roommate. We are 5 people total and sometimes 2 has partners over. Anyway one of the guys annoys the living shit out of me…. He is unemployed I think? He is home all the time, meanwhile everyone else is usually out of the house on their working hours. The once in awhile time im home he is always there. He also seems to get annoyed when other people are home during thise hours even if he has the apartment to himself every other day. I do have another roommate who works from home but he works from his room, this I have absolutely no problem with and I do really like this roommate. The difference with this guy is that he spenss all this time home in the shared area playing music, talking on his phone in the kitchen etc. Or kitchen is very small and I don’t see the point of him talking on his phone their instead of his room… it’s like he wants to own the other rooms of the apartment. He also spends hours in the bathroom everyday fixing his hair or whatever and he shaves his beard everyday leaving the shaved hair on the sink (disgusting and rude). He is generally messy as fuck dosen’t clean the stove after using it so it gets incredibly hard to clean it because it dries. He leaves dishes for days even though we have a washing machine. We didn’t have a cleaner for a few weeks and the apartment got in such bad state the landloard had to complain, this was all him everyone else cleans after themselves…. He bettered himself for like a week and now he started to leave his gross ass hair again… Idk if he is depressed or something im just soooooo feed up with him like stop being a loser and leave the house? We are both in another country and i don’t see the point of just staying at home in a new country….
