Advice on fighting a ticket

I was pulled over for distracted driving (phone) and got a $672 ticket. I got another $113 ticket for not having my license on me (only had pic on my phone) and one more $113 ticket for having my dog on my lap.

One of the $113 tickets has my license plate written with one wrong letter. Can I fight the ticket? There are 3 options: 1) pay fine 2) admit fault, go to court to seek reduction 3) dispute, go to court.

Will I be able to do one court hearing and claim option 3 for the wrong one and option 2 for the others? I already admitted fault when I got pulled over so it seems unlikely I could argue that I didn't commit the offence.
