Questions regarding Black Friday sale

If I understand correctly, Black Friday is supposed to include all the skins from season 3 downwards. If so, what about Cloak & Dagger skin from season 3? Polarity Bond one? I don't see it anywhere in the store.
Also, why can I only buy season 1 pass? Will it be the only 1 available, or will or rotate?
