Bleeding every single time

Does anyone bleed every single time they go to the bathroom? It is bright red blood. If I skip miralax, I bleed. I will even know if I’m going to bleed before I look in the toilet, because it feels super sharp even though the stool is not THAT hard. it’s like I can feel the hemorrhoid when the stool comes out. can anyone relate to any of this??
