Need help for preparation.

I am a newbie, and just started preparation please guide me to achieve my goal. I would be forever grateful to you. Please list out all the free resources + paid resources which are worth purchasing. I don't want to waste any time. And any tips or timetable or pathway will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
