Sudden urges

I haven’t smoked in over 6 months , but I’ve recently been a month sober from alcohol and my weed cravings are horrible right now. Going through a stressful time and I hate how I use weed as an escape. But at least I understand that’s all it is. Zero enjoyment , just a cheap escape.
