Saw a video where a "hero biker saves epileptic girl" and am skeptical

My epilepsy isn't severe enough and uncontrolled that I needed to be rushed to the hospital but what do you guys think? Girl was having seizure in car jn a traffic jam so they loaded her up onto a motorcycle and drove to the hospital.

Personally I think the people who titled the X post are one of those who thinks seizure = epileptic person instead of, yknow, someone just having a seizure because who the hell knows.
