Is a 9070XT too much for a 5700X

I play at 1440p and I think I want to upgrade my 3070FTW to something with more ram. I don't wanna upgrade the rest of my system just yet, and I'm eyeing the 9070XT pretty hard. I especially like that they still use the 2x8 power connectors so I don't have to deal with the fire hazard plug and adapters from my existing wires. I might do it regardless, but do you guys think the 5700x will be a bottleneck? It seems to keep up pretty good now but like a 5070 is like $100 less and if my CPU can't feed the card then I may just save some money and go that route. Thoughts? Any votes for the non XT 9070? Seems like the 5070 is the move at that price point.
