Oven Recommendations Under $1000

Hello, I am a broke recent college grad looking to increase my sourdough production from the Dutch oven, as I’m looking into selling my loaves eventually. I mainly do batards so an oven like the breville is a little small, but it would be nice to find something that can cook at least 2 loaves at a time, or had multiple racks if I wanted to make pretzels or bagels. Other than that, I’m looking for either steam capabilities or no venting like a conventional oven so I can spray water in.

I’ve seen a couple ovens out there, from cheaper deck ovens (avantco) to the Anova Precision Oven 2.0, so I’m moreso asking about the quality of each option? Has anyone had issues with any of the ovens on the market? Is there a different post I should find for this question? Thank you everyone for the help.
