[Tenant US-CA] How to dispute insane cleaning fee

I recently moved out of a 1100 sqft townhouse and the property manager said the cleaning fee was $2000!!! Sent me a bill but it just lists what they did and a lump sum cost, no breakdown. I find it insanely high, we usually had it cleaned for 10th of this cost. The bill only has an address of the cleaners which shows a house on google maps, no contact info on the bill.
