Contact dermatitis-sterling silver allergy only on one finger?

Hi guyssss, I know I know I shouldn’t have done my nails at home. Once I saw I had contact dermatitis I stopped. That being said though, it seems like I developed a (potential metal) allergy just on one finger? Everytime I wear my engagement ring for a long period of time, I developed an itchy rash.

I’m stressed since my engagement ring is sterling silver but when I wear it it causes this reaction. But only on this finger! It’s on my other hand right now with no issues.

I removed all gel polish and won’t be using it again (scouts honor) but I’m stressing that I won’t be able to wear my engagement ring on the correct finger.

Any ideas of what I should do? Should I go see a doc? Please be kind I know it’s silly and I did it to myself, but now I’m just trying to figure it out. Thanks in advance 🤎
