Duck,duck GOOSE!!

Well the big moment is here . Im hurting so bad in my chest that im shaking , my vision is getting blurry and im about to bathe and lay in hot water. I wish u wouldnt have went on that date to a concert with him. That shit eats me up . So after my shower im left with 2 options that I can do. 1. I shoot my shot finally at him and give him a years worth of hurt he rightfully earned and deserves so it destroys his families lives as well or I goto the hospital and go thru with heart surgery which im positive it is now 100 percent. I dont have anymore time to think it thru . But I know with either decision its something well thought out and planned..
