Would you buy a venu 3 or vivo 6 and why?

I am just looking for genral opinions. I'm planning on purchasing one or the other soon, but I haven't settled on which. I've read venu 3 is good but lacks some of the features/data of other watches (ie vivo/forerunners ) the vivo 6 is okay base level sport watch but has annoying ticks like shutting off and or screen dimming.... neither track sleep to accurately... but that's not an issue for me.
