Newly pregnant and confused about timing

My bf and I weren’t trying but weren’t preventing either and we had a little surprise last month lol, we are over the moon happy but the timing doesn’t match up to me so if any one knows or can explain that would be so appreciated.

I had my period from Oct 8-14 and then apparently ovulated on Oct 26 (not confirmed I track by an app) I had some spotting and cramping on the 30th-31st which I’m assuming was implantation bleeding because I never ever spot outside of my period window and then I got a positive test on Nov 6.

The timing doesn’t match up to me I’m so confused.

(Pregnancy has been confirmed by blood test)
