Warner Bros Studio Tour Sold Out?

So my husband and I decided last minute to surprise my bonus daughter with a trip to the Warner Bros Studio Tour for Christmas as her and I are both huge Gilmore Girls fans! Unfortunately due to our work schedules there is only one day we can go, and that day is sold out.... There's availability for just the Stars Hollow Part, but I'd ideally like to do the full tour since My husband is not a Gilmore Girls fan, but is a huge fan of the other stuff we would see there. Anyone know if there is a legit tour company or authorized dealer where I can check for availability? Google says some authorized dealers/tour companies may still have some available. I also checked the FAQs on the Warner Bros website and says: "The dates I want to book are not available. What do I do?

Answer: It could be that your chosen time is sold out. We recommend selecting another day, or contacting the Tour Center at +1 (818) 977-8687."

Anyone know what contacting the Tour Center would do??
