MEPS - Orthodontics

Selected for active duty service via direct appointment commission. I am finishing up my Invisalign treatment (have about 12 weeks remaining until finished). Is this disqualifying for MEPS etc., and if so, is a waiver very likely in this case, or must I wait till I'm finished to go to OTS?
