Anyone know this missing chest?

I am missing a chest in Peace Bell Tower. according to a guide it's at this location and should be in a shrine where you slam on a stone to open it, but it's not there in my game. And there is even some signposts mentioning it

I joined someone in coop and went to the location and they had it, but me grabbing it didn't count towards my journal
