Haze on brand new windshield

Hi I had a cracked windshield and the dealer installed a new one. It has a horrible haze when wipers on in rain. I tried high pressure self service wash, index, and window wipes from autoparts that smelled like alcohol. Any advice is appreciated. Also you see suction cup marks. Cup marks are on outside as they only appear when wipers wipers and haze appears
