Having a really hard time with newborn wake windows

Our guy is turning 3 weeks Tuesday and this is the fifth day in a row he has been up 8AM to about 12/1PM just really fussy despite feeding, burping, tummy time - it just seems like no matter what he’s crying.

Around 6PM he’ll start sleeping again but then 2/3AM he’s back at it. I know most of this is probably typical newborn behavior just FTP’s and struggling hard so looking for any advice
