I just shipped something I’ve wanted for years — **myMentalPal**, an app that turns big ideas from books like Atomic Habits, The Alchemist, and The Untethered Soul into short, daily guided meditations you can actually practice.

Instead of reading a book, loving it, and forgetting everything a week later… myMentalPal breaks each book into micro-meditation challenges that help you build habits, focus, and emotional resilience one day at a time.

I built this because I kept thinking:

“Why is there no way to train the ideas we read?”

So… I made one.

You can check out the app here: [https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mymentalpal-micro-learning/id6474141147](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mymentalpal-micro-learning/id6474141147)

And to learn more about the philosophy behind it, why turning books into meditation makes sense, here’s a blog post I wrote: [https://losgatan.com/mental-health-app-encourages-mindfulness/](https://losgatan.com/mental-health-app-encourages-mindfulness/)

Here’s my question for you all (genuinely curious):

**If you could meditate on any book ever written, which book would you want us to add next to myMentalPal?**

I’m adding new book challenges each month and would love to build based on your suggestions.
