Do we get enough hands on for surgical specialities at AIIMS

Hi. I wanted to take ms Ophthal at Aiims but heard that hands on is less here. could someone from aiims shed more light on this. Is it like this in all aiims or any aiims in specific? Also any comments on the toxicity would be appreciated
