Solo Trip to Taiwan in Mid-January – Itinerary Advice & Tips?

I’ll be traveling solo to Taiwan this mid-January and could really use some advice. I’ve put together an itinerary with the help of ChatGPT (haha), but I’m not sure if it’s too packed or overwhelming.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions on things I could add, remove, or adjust, as well as tips for making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Also, what’s the weather usually like around that time?
