League Relic Set

The crafting eveny just started for my server today. I was curious what the best set for League is for relics? This event is giving us the scales of justice and as I'm mostly free to play is this still worth it? Or should I at any point when I feel like spending should I get the League specific relics? My set is the duke ring and eternal wings cape plus horn. Very basic set for f2p. Then I was going to get the recommended set based on this one guide but that guide was before the League specific set was out. So I feel I need to be updated on whats best for League rn.
