First experience driving in snow

As title says I had my first experience in a moderate snowstorm the other night while out delivering. I’m used to driving in snow because of the area I live in but driving in snow with the package car feels so much different.

Roads weren’t plowed at all and completely covered up. I was sliding around a little bit every now and then, mainly when making a stop for a delivery.

Any tips for a new driver first time handling snow? Does management get up our ass about going super slow in dangerous conditions?
