Looking for someone to Sublet a room to for the Spring 2026 semester!

Hi! It's in the title, I'll be going to Emerson LA for the Spring 2026 semester, and I'll need someone (M preferred) to move into my apartment for a few months, January to April/May. It's a three-bedroom apartment ($1,200/month) with a sizeable kitchen and living room, as well as a balcony. The apartment is in Allston, right between the Harvard Ave and Griggs St stops.
