Can access Plex libraries via local IP but not through plex.tv. Help

Can access Plex via local IP but cannot access it through plex.tv. Meaning I see my libraries on local IP but not plex.tv

Additional info:

• Server runs on TrueNAS SCALE

• Router is Firewalla Gold+

• Local access works with no issues

• Remote access won’t work (Plex.tv can’t connect securely) even on the same wifi

Any help would be appreciate
