No weight gain

Hey all, I’m a FTM to a 4 month old baby boy (16 week). He has been growing very well in the last 3 months but at the start of the 3rd month, he started to be a lot more distracted during feeds which we brought him to feeding therapist to evaluate and get tips. He takes around 600+ml worth of milk, and was still gaining weight.

Ever since he hit 6kg weight 10 days ago, his weight gain completely stalled.

Does your baby weight ever stalled or hit a plateau for such a long period of time?? I’m getting really concerned. Ive called up his PD office to check if I need to rush down.

He is still happy, alert, 6+ diapers, pooping normally just no weight gain at all.
