[Measurement Check] Calculator says 34H (US Sizing), currently I'm a 38A

Currently my best fitting bra is a 38A from Thirdlove. I just did the calculator for the first time and got 34H. I have a genetic condition that leads to scoliosis, a thick but short torso, and my breasts are generally wide set and asymetrical.

I'm on the petite side though, and I'm used to having to order either outright petite sizes for all my clothing or the smallest sizes available. Maybe that's what's tripping me up here but wanted to get the experts to double check if my measurements make any sense or guide me if I did something wrong.

Loose Underbust: 34"
Snug Underbust: 33"
Tight Underbust: 32"
Standing Bust: 41"
Leaning Bust: 42"
Lying Bust: 39"
