commonapp crashing day of?

quick question- one of my schools has a deadline tomorrow for a scholarship program, so I technically can submit my application anytime before 11:59 dec 1. but ive also heard of commonapp crashing and I know there's a few other schools with deadlines then. would it be okay to submit tomorrow morning? is it just within the hour or so before that its risky, or the whole day?
