Feeling Frustrated

Hi I have been dealing with a migraine/headache for little over a month now. I am waiting to get in to see a neurologist here soon hopefully but in the meantime I am feeling really overwhelmed. I had a ct scan without contrast done and it was clear and I have a mri scedualed for December 8th. My insurance only allows 9 nurtec a month and are being wierd about covering a preventive medication. I do suffer from health anxiety and worry the pain i am feeling is something more serious. I know I should belive my doctors but is it normal to be this worried? If I had more pain free days I think I would be able to think more logically. Sorry to vent I am just really worried about all this and the pain does not help. Any advice? Thanks and Happy holidays!!! 😊
