I'd like to do a story about a man who has put tremendous work into abstinence for the last year. He’s decided that it’s better for his mind and body to not orgasm until he finds a wife. It’s the hardest thing he’s ever done, but he’s proud of the work done to keep abstinent.

He gets a mysterious letter in the mail saying he has an ultra rare blood type that is a miracle cure for a host of previously incurable diseases. He is strongly urged to report to a clinic for a donation. Most people would be excited about this but he sees it as a burden. “Why me?” He sighs and wonders. He is always wary of new situations that may be triggering for relapse. But he’s an upstanding citizen that does what’s right even when it’s inconvenient, so he calls to set up an appointment. To be safe, he confirms that this appointment can be done with all male providers. Sitting in a room alone with a female nurse(s) may tempt him to jerk off to her later. They assure him that that can be accommodated.

He arrives and the receptionist has him fill out standard-fare blood donation paperwork, except the last form which asks that he consents to being restrained. “Excuse me, what is this last form about?” He asks, slightly alarmed. The receptionist dismissively says that this is not a standard blood donation and that IV’s are taken in each wrist and ankle. Restraints secure the IV’s in the veins.

It didn’t really make sense to him, but as long as women weren’t doing the restraining it should be fine. He sheepishly confirms “is my request for the type of providers still possible today?” She confirms “yes, absolutely.”

Hi! I hope this sounds fun to you. The idea is that he is repeatedly assured that they will not do anything he’s uncomfortable with, but each promise is a lie. It turns out that they are short of nurses, so women will have to restrain him instead, but they assure him a male doctor is still available for the blood draw, etc. escalating to allowing the doctor to examine his cock and realizing it is not a blood draw at all.
