What maintenance items to knock out first for new used civic owner?

Mechanical Advice

2011 Civic base 5MT ~164K miles

Recently got a used civic and did a multipoint inspection at the local dealership and they suggested the following maintenance items:

AC09 Filter, Pollen A/C - Replace ($53.52) AG41 Flush - A/C system ($147.28) 11HOZZ Fuel system injector service ($184.62) SSR001 Power Steering Flush ($160.87) MA22 Manual transmission fluid replace ($144.07) 09HOZBF Brake fluid exchange ($178) 07HOZBGCF Coolant Exhange ($191.39) MA40 Element, Air Cleaner ($56.80) RS20 Dampers/Shocks, Rear (both) ($911.46) SR22 Tie Rod replacement (both) ($686.68) MA63 Serpentine Belt ($240.94)

Looking to get an idea on which of these I should tackle first/which is most urgent. If I should try to tackle any of these myself, and if there are any items I should get a second opinion on

Are these issues I should take care of before hitting the road? I bought this car off a used car lot and was surprised by the amount of work needed to be done. It currently does have a state safety inspection sticker but want to make sure everything is actually good after getting this inspection
