Volunteers needed for AI Mobile Phone Usage Simulation [RM70]

Hi Uni Students of Malaysia!

My name is Thomas Clark, and I’m a Machine Learning Engineer at KinetixPro, next-generation workplace safety platform. We leverage video analytics and AI to automate safety monitoring and management.

We are looking for volunteers this Thursday, 4th December, from 1pm–7pm at Lensa Film Studio (walking distance from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT). Volunteers will be compensated RM70 for their time.

KinetixPro is currently improving our human-behaviour AI models, specifically related to mobile-phone usage detection. For this, we need a few volunteers to spend an afternoon in a recording studio using their mobile phones while being recorded by CCTV.

The session will include:

• Structured simulations (e.g., performing simple actions with your phone that we’ll guide you through), and
• Passive simulations (e.g., sitting and using your phone normally—YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

All activities will be recorded.
