Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen Problems

I'm having problems with my audio interface. It works perfectly, but I have a very annoying issue with the lights. I have a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen, and when I first connected it, it didn't take me to the Focusrite website to register it. That was the first strange thing, but I don't know what's causing this light problem, since the computer recognizes it and everything. I don't know if it's a power issue or a hardware problem with the interface. I've already tried connecting it directly to the wall outlet, and it's still the same; nothing changes.
