2 storey house - sleep time

Hi all, here for some suggestions.

My baby girl is 2 months old and currently goes to bed with us between 9:30 and 10:30 depending on the day. She naps in the living room with us but is fussier between 6 and 9 pm every day.

I would like to put her to bed earlier but our bedrooms are on the upper level. Do I put her to sleep alone in the bedroom with a camera and come downstairs? Is she too young for that?

Please, I would appreciate any suggestions.
