Just my thoughts
I honestly think Tom is a good man — he just has flaws like everyone else. He really tried with the pizzeria, his first job, and even the situation with Glenn, but Lynette kept sabotaging him, which is a big reason why he became insecure and childish. Even when Tom was diagnosed with postpartum depression, Lynette brushed it off like it wasn’t serious but if that happened to a woman, people would be furious. So where’s the “fair treatment” they always talk about? Lynette also sabotaged Tom when he wanted to study Mandarin, and she only realized too late that Tom actually had a good reason for it it was for business that's why she supported him
For Bree and gaby's part, I’m on Season 7 where Andrew finally admits to Carlos. I have mixed feelings about Gabby, even if I’m a Gabby stan, she and John were actually the reason Juanita ran outside after catching their affair. So I don’t get why Gabby didn’t tell Bree when Bree was already confessing — it wasn’t fair for Bree and andrew to carry all the guilt.
Everyone had faults, which is why it’s really confusing how to feel about the whole situation.
