Has Your Endo Symptoms Improved After Hysterectomy?

I had a Hysterectomy (ovaries remain) five years ago due to chronic pain, spotting every day of the month, extremely heavy periods that I couldn’t work. During that surgery, they found I’m stage 4 endometriosis. I almost lost an ovary, and my bladder and colon were fused together. I had it everywhere. I had another surgery exactly one month after due to increased pain which they found my body produced so much scar tissue and more areas that are fusing. I’ve been getting worse since the hysterectomy when I thought it’s supposed to improve. I’m 50 yrs old and so far no menopause according to my hormone tests. My gyno doesn’t want to do another surgery for fear of causing more pain due to adhesions.

Am I the only one?
