Does anyone know of an affordable vet in Pretoria East?

We have a 10yo family dog who keeps getting ear infections, we’ve had him at the vet numerous times and the only thing that works are antibiotics and then the second he is off of them the infection comes back. My parents are at their wits end and are at the point where they want to put him down. I’m looking to take him to a vet but the vet we usually take him to is super expensive and feels much more unaffordable than other vets. Any advice on good and affordable vets?
