It's sad to see Andrea would rather feed the Norris favoritism narrative than confess they fumbled the strategy
On a day when both drivers got fucked so badly, the tp still manages to find a way to feed the favouritism narrative for the haters. This is beyond my understanding.
There were 8 teams (except Sauber) that preferred double stacks, and McLaren's strategy team wanted to be the hero of the race, gambling on a second safety car more thoughtless than r/wallstreetbets boys put their lifesaving on random options. Didn't even think about using the hard tyres to do a long stint before knowing the performance of them on this track. Call it flexible when the driver questioned.
Still find excuses for their mistakes post race, claiming it was FOR LANDO'S GOOD! Even though Lando got fucked like Oscar anyway.
Not just benefiting Verstappen on track, but also benefiting their narrative against McLaren driver off track.
It's just sugar coated blame culture, and it's worse than the original one.
