TOEFL result submission to SOPHAS

How do I send my TOEFL score to SOPHAS?

In standardized test section there is an option of self reporting score. But I am confused about Test Registration ID, is it the appointment number or the Passport ID I used to register for my test or ETS ID or anything else?
