E-ink notebooks for ADHD- actually helpful?"

Hi all I was wondering if any one has used an e-ink notebook to keep organized? How has that worked for those of you using one? What brand do you prefer? I go through tons of notebooks and I'm curious if it's actually helpful for ADHD or just another device that ends up forgotten in a drawer.
