Cold to the bone? Yup

I used to love fall/winter. But now I think it will be my least favorite time of year. Obviously I can't regulate my body temp and if the temp is even remotely close to being under 70° I'm an icicle. I'm looking for a heated jacket worth the price and I'm wondering if anyone has a favorite brand/jacket.
