Update on issue with 60 fps games on windows looking like shit on 120hz.

Discussion

So, a while ago i made a topic asking why 60 fps on consoles was different than on windows. I got all sorts of answers in terms of oled response time, to motion blur, to windows gsync and whatnot. Nothing ever fixed 60 fps games looking horrible on my 120 hz screen.

So I came upon a reddit post leading to a YouTube video. It basically said that the culprit was msi afterburner gpu power monitoring. I disabled that and bam, my 60 fps look great again because my 1% low fps doesn't shit itself for no reason anymore. So even if you don't play 60 fps hardlocked games, you should try it for that 1% low boost in stability.
