Sharpening services that will work with a hatchet?

Hello, does anyone know a walk-in or by appointment place that will sharpen my hatchet for me? I got it used and realized... It's beyond my skills and tools right now. I'm willing to spend the money necessary for some help getting it back to a maintainable state.

Preferably locations around North Portland, close to Overlook if possible. I'd like to avoid having someone drive to me for it if I can, so I'm willing to go out of my way if you have a good personal experience review for said sharpener. Thanks!
