Need help with phone bill

Hey all, I’m waiting on my check to deposit into my new bank account. Spectrum won’t offer me a payment extension or promise to pay since apparently that isn’t an option for mobile accounts, they’ll only accept debit or credit cards. I do have a cashapp card, so if someone is able to help me out via cashapp I would greatly appreciate it 🙏 thank you!! The amount I have to pay to avoid shutoff is $106.66.
