Chip in event

Good Night from the U.S.

Server 263 just started doing this chip event for the Tanks.

if anyone could provide some advise it would be appreciated, I did saw that it ask for what group you want to booster your tank, The Blood Rose, Wind of Dawn etc, anything any one that can provide me with any insights is appreciated it.

My apologies if the way is written is all over the place.
