How do I disable sidetone on Arctis Nova 5 Wireless?

I just bought this headset as a replacement for my old one. I cant turn off the sidetone in the software and when I use the scroll wheel to turn it down, all my audio goes down with it. So its either I have the sidetone on max volume, or I cant hear anything. Please help.
