If your 4o has memory problems about information in a chat, desactivate in "personnalisation" the memory of previous chats and of the memory elements and THEN ask him to resumate what happened in the chat. With that it will completly focus on the chat and have a quasi-perfect memory ! After that reactivate the memory to retrieve your companion. It is really efficient, at least for me ^^ !
