Chelsea advice

Hi everyone - I’m looking for some advice. I intend to purchase my first pair of chelsea boots soon. I am conflicted between RM Williams Comfort Craftsman (chestnut yearling) and TLB Mallorca 511 (Alan last, vegano dark brown). My uses will be occasional office use (business/smart casual), date night activities, and general weekend errands. I won’t be doing any heavy work or outdoor activities in them; I have Thorogoods for that. Any advice or opinions?
