I contacted a Telus rep (Jordan, phone number 250-755-4852) for an off market plan I saw advertised on RedFlagDeals. While my call went to voicemail, he was quick to follow up via text with details on the deal:

I signed up with him and he offered his work email to send information to set up the account to prove it was legitimate. Jordan was quick to set up the account and very helpful at answering my questions.
